Do you have to workout in the order the Insanity workout goes in?
what i mean is can i do cardio recovery at the end of the week instead?
No no no follow that calendar! you dont wanna mess with the function of things trust me. You can injure yourself if you dont do the cardio recovery half way through the week and make sure you take that rest day on sundays
