cardio combinations

How often should I be doing cardio, and how often should I do weight lifting?
I go to the gym, each and everyday. On the weekends, and doing the the week after work. I normally do a combination of both, cardio and weight lifting. I workout from one and half to two hours long. Is that too much, or should I cut down.
I would appreciate your thoughts, and suggestions.
I do pretty healthier, lots of fruits and veggies. Plenty of water.

two hours is on the side of being too long however it depends on what your schedule is like. since you have the time to go every day i would advise doing weight lifing monday, wed, fri and cardio tues, thrus, sat. you should always take one day off for rest. the body needs it and you will get better results and prevent over training and injury that way. also, you would only have to go for an hour a day and you have more time for other things or for work or school. its basically whatever you feel comfortable with. but by splitting up cardio and weights you will have more energy for each and are then able to push yourself harder at each so you can achieve better results.
