what is the prefered method of trainning while working cardio and weights?
I have recently been uping the cardio and weight trainning at the same time, unfortunatly everyone I ask says either that I should wait eight hours before leaping from cardio to weights, or do it on different days. Is therre any way that I can incorporate cardio and weight trainning in one session that won’t damage my body in some way?
run or ride your bike to gym… do your work out, then run/ride home..it wont harm your workout at all, itll just make it better.
