Can I make my calves firm and muscular by April 5th, 2009?
I am 15, 185lbs, and 5′9”. My legs are somewhat firm, but they jiggle slightly – VERY slighty. If I keep up my running and cardio, can I get them firm and solid by April 5th, 2009, so they don’t juggle? Thanks.
hell yah you can just before u work stretch your calves before you work them out and do ski jumpers those help calves and running will help you have a lil over a whole month so if you excersise ur calves at least 2 times a week your good !!!
